José Urrestarazu is the Sr VP of Capital Markets at Boopos, bringing over 10 years of experience in Credit and Capital Markets. Joining Boopos at inception, he led the company’s debt raise of over $200 million from Fasanara and Fortress, and underwrote hundreds of deals across all tech verticals.

Throughout his career, José has successfully raised and over $15 billion for his companies and clients, showcasing his ability to originate, structure and execute complex financial transactions across different asset classes, geographies (US, UK, Europe), and teams.

Prior to joining Boopos, he worked at Greensill, where he was responsible for Americas and EMEA Asset Syndication and held senior positions at Commerzbank where he was Head of Financials Debt Capital Markets for Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands. Jose started his career at the investment banking team of Santander UK.

José holds a bachelors in International Business Management from ICADE in Spain and NEOMA in France.

Andrea Balletbó is a Senior M&A Associate and Head of Partnerships at Boopos. She is a seasoned advisor with extensive experience in the tech and entrepreneurial sectors. Andrea joined Boopos in 2022 and has since then facilitated numerous seven-figure acquisitions across SaaS and other tech verticals.

Prior to joining Boopos, she co-founded a SaaS platform and also worked in sales at Quora, where she designed and implemented sales strategies for key clients in the Bay Area.

Andrea holds a Masters in Management from IE University.

Alex Fakhre is a Senior Associate at Boopos. With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, Alex began his career by selling his first business at the age of 24. Since then, he has worked as a buyer, seller, broker and M&A service provider, specializing in tech mergers and acquisitions. He brings more than five years of expertise in tech M&A, across buy and sell-side.

Before joining Boopos, Alex founded Grayl, an M&A services firm specializing in asset migration and due diligence. Prior to that, he served as an M&A Advisor at Empire Flippers, where he led M&A initiatives in SaaS and private financing. Alex holds a degree in Business Management.

Malén Guirado is a Senior Associate at Boopos since 2022. With over three years of specialized experience in transaction support, Malén has provided strategic advisory services to hundreds of clients within the tech sector.

Prior to her role at Boopos, Malén honed her expertise in Risk Advisory at Deloitte and Santander, gaining valuable experience across both Europe and the United States. She also expanded her venture capital knowledge during an internship at TheVentureCity, a global early-stage venture fund.

Malén holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics.

Manuel Amor is the COO at Boopos. He brings over 12 years of experience in management consulting and start-up operations. Before joining Boopos, he led the geographical expansion of DiDi, ride-hailing unicorn, across several markets in Latin America, Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA), and advised venture builders on the launch of digital marketplaces in the cleantech space.

He also worked for 5 years as a management consultant for Deloitte and McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategy, operations, and due diligence for leading energy & financial institutions in Europe and LatAm and Sareb, a real estate company, within the Institutional Sales division.

Manuel holds a MSc in Civil Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.

Carlos Muñoz is the Head of M&A Analytics at Boopos. He brings over 7 years of experience in Asset Management and Corporate Banking, with a strong focus on investment analysis and portfolio management. Since joining Boopos in 2022, he has evaluated thousands of digital businesses to support financing and acquisition transactions.

Previously, Carlos worked at UnionBank of the Philippines, where he was part of the founding team that launched the Private Banking group. He specialized in managing investment portfolios and delivering investment analysis.

Carlos holds an International MBA from IE Business School and represents the Philippines as a National Baseball athlete.

Ana Morenés is the VP of Legal at Boopos, bringing over a decade of legal expertise to her role. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance, as well as for supporting the M&A team on ongoing transactions from the legal and tax perspective.

Prior to Boopos, Ana was Global Head of Legal at Cabify, where she specialized in guiding the company's corporate development initiatives, with a strong focus on financing transactions, and providing critical legal advice on the creation and expansion of new business ventures. She also worked as an Associate at Linklaters, where she specialized in corporate law, advising on high-profile transactions.

Ana holds a Master in Law and Business Administration.

Alex Alves is the Head of Data at Boopos. With over 12 years of professional experience, Alex is a leader in data and analytics, specializing in leveraging data for business value. He developed the company’s data infrastructure at Boopos, crucial for evaluating and executing acquisitions in the software space, improving due diligence processes and providing transparent insights to stakeholders.

Before joining Boopos, Alex worked at Airbus as an Aerospace and Data Engineer, where he developed a data platform that ingests real-time data from multiple manufacturing machines and detects anomalies preventing quality issues.

Alex holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering.

Jon Urdampilleta, as Head of Finance at Boopos, leads the preparation of consolidated financial statements and coordinates with external auditors for annual reports. He oversees tax planning and compliance for the Group's tax structure in the USA and Europe, and supervises essential financial functions, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury management.

Prior to his current role, he served as a Manager in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services at PwC and in Audit at Ernst & Young in Barcelona.

Jon holds a Licenciatura in Law and Business Administration.

Carlota Sáez, as Global Financial Accountant at Boopos, is responsible for overseeing monthly and annual financial closures, managing bank reconciliations, and collaborating on internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Additionally, she works closely with account servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Prior to joining Boopos, she served as Operations Manager at Diplomatic Brand, where she focused on enhancing internal processes for operational efficiency.
